Once you approve your quote we send a deposit invoice. After payment we confirm your roof and gutter colours using the Colorbond chart and your photos. We recommend the closest match and confirm everything before ordering.

Parts Ordered

We place your material order with our supplier. All mesh trims saddles and screws are colour matched to your confirmed selections. You receive confirmation once submitted.

Courier Collection and ETA

Once the courier collects your parts we share your estimated delivery timeframe so you know exactly when to expect your installation.

Parts Received and Checked

When materials arrive we check everything is correct and matches your colour confirmation. You are notified once materials are ready and installation is scheduled.

Installer Scheduled

We review our schedule weather conditions and workload then contact you to confirm a convenient installation date.

Job Completion and Sign Off

Our installer completes the job takes before and after photos and you review and approve the work on the day before we issue the final invoice. We leave your property completely spotless.
