These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and installations provided by Gutter Guard Australia (ABN 90 686 455 471).
Quotes and estimates
- Prices shown by the instant estimator, quiz or on this website are estimates only and are not an offer or a fixed price.
- Your fixed price is confirmed in a written quote after we measure your roof. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- If site conditions differ materially from what was visible at the time of quoting (for example concealed damage or non-standard roofing), we will discuss any variation with you before proceeding.
Installation and warranty
- Installations are carried out by our trained installers using the mesh system specified in your quote.
- Our work is covered by a 15-year product and workmanship warranty. Warranty terms are provided in writing with your invoice.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, such as storms, fire, accidental damage or work done by others on the roof after installation.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Interest-free repayment plans are available through Humm, subject to Humm's own approval and terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
